OS restore, without acess to software

Ok so I think thats the way to go, but i cant get passed the boot up screen coz everything crashes after 5 secs i need to get rid of win10 and this seems to be the way to do it, no way to go back to win8, no dusty fan or overheating issues either...im convinced that win10 free update done did turn my laptop to "schrott". So please allmighty people of the internet, tell me there is a way(without spending) that i can just, just slay this evil!, to draw this poison from my HDD...

what is the make & model# of your laptop? I presume win8 was your original os?

yes it was an ASUS win8 laptop...but beyond that i have nothing on it, never bothered to check after i got it second hand and its not written on or in the casing

what is the model# of that laptop to see what the procedure is to access the recovery partition if it is still there on your hard drive?
