other devices cant connect/use to wifi when computer is on

So... i cant connect to wifi with all my device including my computer when i use my computer and since my computer doesnt have wireless connection so i use the internet cable thingy (sorry i have no clue what its call) to connect to wifi

Is your computer connected to the wireless router or to a wall jack? Could it be that the router and the computer are both directly trying to connect to your ISP?
