Okay Ladies and Gentlemen, this one ticked me off. I am using Microsoft Outlook 2000 on my home computer and decided to download the latest security patches for it. Well in so doing Microsoft decided to take it upon themselves to tell me what kind of Files I can receive and Send as attachments in my e-mails. I tried to send a friend a url and Outlook said "No Way Man...That's a Dangerous File...Level 1 Type...Dude..Whaddya??? Nuts???" So anyway, it finally sent it but Said "Okay...I'll Send it but the guy you're sending it to may not be able to see the attachment." After searching the enclosed...ever helpful help files, it told me that I could edit the list of Level 1 Files if I were a Sys Admin running Exchange Server. How Do I go about this since it is on a home system?

Thanks for all your help

Val

I don't know, don't you read what they are going to do before you install them. Just format and reinstall. That'll fix it.

That won't work in sp1a, it still won't let him send those attachments.
