Outlook 2010 emails to Charter users sent but not received

Several weeks ago, delivery of outbound emails sent from me via Outlook 2010 to people @charter.com stopped working. They leave my outbox and appear in sent items but are never received. If I send directly from gmail.com, the emails are received. If they initiate an email to me, I can reply from Outlook and they will receive my reply. Any thoughts on this?
 
Your Outlook does not sent emails directly to the final recipient, it uses intermediate SMTP server. So, the problem is between that SMTP server (your ISP, your company) and Charter SMTP servers.

Go to your accounts' setup in Outlook, and check what is configured as SMTP, then contact the owner (or change it to use Google SMTP servers).

we have the same issue ...seems it is getting worse thru our ....26 users ...moving from one to the other thru outlook 2010 and 2013 ... any solutions??
