Personally, I never recommend OC'ing a mobile cpu. Even though it is a new architecture, it will still heat up as the frequency increases. In other words, you may risk frying the cpu and a few other components by oc'ing it.

Solution
It will vary greatly depending on your notebook's cooling potential. There's no standard measure for it - generally notebooks are not overclocked.

You can try it, but be wary. As buwish said, you risk frying the chip.
