overheating hp g7 laptop

hello everyone and thanks in advanced
i have a hp g7 laptop with wndows 7 and its kind of hot
it idles at 55c and just normal use facebook surfing web and watchiing movies it gets up to 70c and once at 90c what is normal are this temp bad it has amd phenom p960

CPU temp should be less than 70C, and most notebooks are less than that.

Try cleaning out the side air vents with a vacuum and compressed air.
