I have this ASUS laptop, I've had it for over a year now. Its starting to overheat badly, like when I put on a video or something I can heat the computer heating up. When I put my hand under it I can feel the heat. Its starting to turn off after 10-20 minutes of use. Any help?

I am also not going to take apart my laptop since I am not allowed to, I have no other solution and this is killing me here! I need to finish work and stuff but I can't do it without my computer turning off all of a sudden

The most common cause is dust in the fan and heatsink. You can get a can of compressed air to blow that dust from the ventilation grates in the laptop. It's possible the fan isn't working, though that shouldn't happen to such a new laptop.
