P750zm code 43 on GPU

Hello everyone, this problem occured after I enabled dGPU ASPM l0s it just gives me code 43 on my laptop. I flashed the laptops bios with Premamod and everything was fine until i enabled dGPU ASPM to l0s

I have tried that before and it doesn't seem to work, still shows code 43.

I have tried to reinstall, format, reflash the bios and it keeps giving me the same issue but one thing i have noticed is that it changes once in a while. I have tested GPU-Z and it shows 0mhz and pci-express 1.1 not 3.0 and under power options it changed also.

and

. I have installed msi afterburner and it doesn't seem to detect the gpu.
