PA system bass???

Not necessarily a home audio question but i love the feedback from you guys here so....
i was wondering if i should get two 75 watt subs for my PA system or go with ONE 350 watt sub? i can get both for the same price. just wondering if TWO subs next to each PA speaker would disperse the bass better than ONE 350 watt sub in the middle.

I used to work as a sound engineer for a variety of small bands quite a few years ago and we used to call those bass bins and not subs LOL.
We always used them in pairs as although bass is quite non directional when you space your PA stacks up to 30m apart you can tell which side its coming from and it improves the soundstage over only having one sub.
