Your notebook does not seem to be sold in a country that has webpages in english so I cant look up the information for certian but 90% of the time the cpu and gpu are not upgradeable.
Often nowdays to make the laptops thiner they solder the cpu directly to the motherboard.
On the small chance that they are upgradeable they would only be upgradeable to select few chips/gpus that were sold by HP for the same model type.
Laptops have very few standardized parts thus it makes them very difficult to upgrade. Generallly everything in a laptop besides the ram, hard drive and wifi card is proprietary and has its own special connectors and layouts for that specific OEM and even that specific model line.
