On a similar note mind sharing the make and model of your laptop/or an SKU? Also include the make and model of your audio equipment.

On a similar note mind sharing the make and model of your laptop/or an SKU? Also include the make and model of your audio equipment. I Have tried it but it says the headset disconnected, but in control panel says connected. My laptop is Lenovo B490
