Panasonic DMC-FZ30 SD card Fat16

Hello,
How can I reformat a 4GB SDHC6 card
from Fat32 to Fat16 to work in Panasonic DMC-FZ30 camera ?

This camera may predate SDHC or may simply not be designed for a 4GB card. Simpler to sell the card or save it for when you get a new camera and stick with cards the FZ30 was designed to use.
