The Panasonic is not a SLR, just a super zoom, can't change Len.

I know its an SLR super zoom, but why can't it be adjusted to fit a 55mm camera male on the conversion. Thanks.

Because it is NOT a camera with exchangeable lenses. It has fixed, non-removable, non-replaceable lens, even if it internally is SLR (as you claim), and it is not.
