Panasonic Plasma Model TC-P55VT30 Does Not Come On

My Panasonic Plasma TV does not come on. Red power light blinks. I unplugged the TV for a few minutes and plugged it back in but this did not resolve the problem. Does this sound like a back light problem. Is this easy to fix?

Does red light blink 7 times? Most likely scan board as mentioned in the above link.

Yes. The red light blinks 7 times.

Find an electronics repairer near you and ask if they can service your TV. Most of them would and they will just solder a new board in.
