Panasonic plasma Tv power problems

Panasonic plasma tv won't turn on all the time.But once it is on it works fine.But as soon as it is switched off again it won't show the power light when i try to turn it on again.

Are you manually turning on the TV with a physical switch on the TV or with a remote?
