Panasonic SA-PT670 Fm sound, No sound TV, CD/DVD

Hello all

As per title my current problem is that my Panasonic SA-PT670 is not outputting sound on TV mode nor CD/DVD mode. FM ouput works but i don't have an antenna attached so its just static sound, but there is sound.

The System is attached to my tv via Optical Cable, the TV Sharp LC-50LB15OU is on PCM for digital audio output, I got a new optical cable yesterday because the previous was broken, thinking that was the problem but still no audio.

Performed smart setup and failed tone test, no sound from any speakers but still can get static sound from FM

If this worked before, did you contact Panasonic? It could just be broken. Did you try playing a music CD on it, not video that goes to the TV?
