Question panasonic th-46pz80u Vertical line problem

I have a vertical line that shows up in the middle of the TV. I cleaned up the internals and disconnected/reconnected the ribbon cable where the line appears... hasn't fixed anything

Could it be a bad C2 board? Or is it a panel issue?

possible is both, but the only way to be sure is to replace parts
