Question Panasonic TX-42AS650B

Hi All
Hope you're well?
I have an issue with the above TV see below issue:
1, switch power on
2, green standby light comes on
3 screen flicks on briefly 3 times, i can see screen.
4 Goes into red standby, light blinks once every few seconds.
Can any experts help please?

I've order a new power board to replace the old one, only £20 so hopefully it works
