Panasonic tx-54p800h image problem

I have a Panasonic Tx-56p800h and the image is out of focus, like it was in 3D mode.
I have tried few things but can't get it right.
I have tried to put the lines and crosses aligned on the convergence menu but some of them wouldn't get on top of the other colours.
What would be the best thing to do to get the best iimage possible?
At the moment I can watch a DVD but some of the colour are out of place.
I would appreciate any help/advice.

If you can't get the set converged properly it is pretty hard to watch.
Given the age of the set I doubt there are any replacement convergence boards out there. A tech might be able to do something but not cheaply. Investing in a new or new used flatscreen TV makes more sense than throwing money into this one.
