Partitioning SD Card

Hi guys!
I rooted my tablet because I couldn't install apps directly on SD card like on my phone.
I know that I need Link2SD and to make 2 partitions of SD.
I make 2 primary partitions:1 FAT32,1 EXT 2.
My PC doesn't see my card anymore and when I insert it in the tablet i get that the SD is broken or something like that(It's in my natal language)
If i reformate it and i put it in my USB MicroSD 2.0 It's right before.
So help me please,I want to install apps directly on SD.

I'm not sure that's possible; neither andriod nor ios will see it, nor be able to use it
