Pass 5.1 audio to the PC

Hi, i want to know if it is possible to watch an movie from the blu ray player and pass the audio directly from the player to the PC, to use and 5.1 headset to listen the movie on them

You would need a (very) low latency decoder out of your computer. The signals would need to be inputed decoded according to Doby Digital or DTS codecs and outputted to your headphones.
It would be easier (and cheaper) to get a cheap Blu-Ray player for your PC (~50 USD)
