Pavilion fn f1 and fn f2 hotkeys

Hello,

My HP Pavilion ZE5395US fn hotkeys for increasing and decreasing
brightness (f1 and f2) have stopped working. I have not downloaded
anything or uninstalled anything since this function last worked.
Does anybody know how regain this function. I have already restored
my computer to the factory settings and not touched the BIOS so I'm at
a loss.

Try tapping the Fn key itself five times and see if a dialog about
"sticky function keys" appears. Uncheck the box if it does.
