Pc basswoofer stopped working

Hi, i just bought new pc speakers 2,1 i connected them to my pc, it was working at the start for like 30mins everything was fine and then suddently the basswoofer stopped working, the speakers were still working but the bass just doesnt work anymore. Any ideas how to fix or what happened?

They are wired
The model is: GENIUS Gx gaming speakers SW-G2.1 3000 70W

From what you described, the subwoofer may have died. Assuming you have everything connected properly, I don't see why it shouldn't work unless there is a problem with the unit.

If it's still under warranty I would RMA it.
