pc charges only to 70% then shows fully charged

Laptop charges to 70 or 75% then shows fully charged.when I am removing the pin it shows only 70 % charged when I am plugging pin into PC it charges for some secs then again charging indicator turns off light automatically and shows fully charged

Could be the annoying windows battery power bug.

Otherwise your laptop may come with a power app (see the taskbar) that limits charging in "conservation" mode to prolong battery life and you may have switched it on. Lenovos comes with this.

Same thing happening for my toshiba C50 A 10013..charges upto 46-48% ,then charging indicator turns off and shows "Fully charged 100%".. When i reinsert the adapter it charges for some seconds with the indicator lights ON and again stops showing "Fully charged100% "..
The laptop is just 1yr 4months old.. Also getting an annoying Pink screen .....
