Solved! (PC) I need to setup my audio the way I need, but I'm not totally sure how.

So I need to set it up to where I can use my headphones to hear my pc, and my 3 other gaming consoles at once. I got this working by using a 3.5 mm headphone jack from the back of my pc to my monitor, however now I need to use speaker I have as well, which uses a 3.5mm jack too. I tried to plug the speakers jack into my monitor as well (monitor has 2 3.5mm ports) but for some reason I only hear the audio from my game consoles, but not my pc. As a side note I'm using 1 hdmi to swap between my 3 consoles, and another hdmi just for my pc.

Simple solution is just to split the 3.5mm audio output that does work for all the inputs and connect both the speaker and headphones to that output.
