Solved! PC not downloading drivers when headset plugged in.

My PC wont detect/download any drivers from the headsets that i have plugged in. I am on windows 10. I have tried the Hyperx Cloud 2 and Razer electra v2. The LED lit up but no drivers were downloaded. They worked fine on a Windows 7 laptop.

The headset's don't have drivers inside them you may want to provide some details about the system you are using, the OS and exactly what happens when you plug in the headsets. Do they pop up as a device plugged in but it's unknown? What shows up in Device manager? with new updates to windows 10. windows 10 sometime with headphone wont switch audio to the head phones when threre plugged in. some time have to go under sound settings and change outputs to the speakers now. new bluetooth speakers you have to first pair them to the pc for the drivers to be installed.
