Ok so here is my setup. I have my TV's optical out going to the optical in on my Soundblaster Z. My 5.1 surround computer speakers are connect to the Soundblaster Z via 3.5 jacks.
I'd like to be able to have my TV's audio playing through the soundcard over the speakers but also hear any sounds that may be happening on the computer.
I'm running Windows 10 Pro 64bit. Any ideas on how I can accomplish this?
