Solved! PCI Express 34 alternative

Hello:

I just got HP Envy17 and it is a very nice computer, how ever it does not have PCI slot and does not have FireWire port either.

I wanted to buy myself Matrox MXO2 mini I/O Box for my video production needs, and that device connects through PCIe host ExpressCard/34.

Are there any alternatives, like an external PCIe card reader that connects to like eSATA or USB 3.0?

Also what are the alternatives to firewire port, do I need to get some external capture box for that?

Any help would be appreciated, I really like this computer and would love to keep it, but if there will be no alternatives to these connections I will have to return it.

Your HP should have an ExpressCard slot, this is not a PCI card like you say.
