Question People in game can hear my gameplay, but people on discord cannot?

i have a issue that everyonein team chat can hear my gameplay but the people i talk to on discord cannot so its very confusing how do i prevent this?

There is a chance you have push-to-talk enabled, if so, disable it for discord. otherwie im not sure
