Perfectly Good Powerful Laptop Starts Becoming Slow!

System type: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

My laptop was working perfectly fine and ran games very well. All of a sudden, my friend had opened the back of my laptop, took out some stuff (Like HDD and the ram) but then put it back perfectly fine with safety) after that he installed CCleaner telling me it would clean garbage from my laptop. After all this, my entire laptop had an entire decline in speed. Games run at less than 10 fps and websites open very slowly. What the hell is going on?! Someone help.

Have you tried uninstalling your CC cleaner?

Sounds like he either knocked the cpu or GPU cooler loose, or accidentally left a fan unplugged. Download and run the sensors for MSI afterburner and check temps.

Yeah, one time I "helped" a friend install an 8GB RAM stick into his laptop to increase total RAM to 16GB. That made the laptop perform worse. Removing the newly installed RAM stick didn't change anything. Ran some diagnostics nothing. Reinstalled Windows 7 and everything was fine.

Next time I visit him, I'll have him check it and see if the issue is in the back.
