Phenom ii x4 960T unlock

i have bought a phenom ii x4 960T and a cheap MSI-NF750-G55 open box motherboard. i think it doesnt has core unlocker or ACC. but i think it has a NCC
option ,can i unlock it with NCC ? if not ,how should i overclock it to a good freq for gaming (WHAT voltage )?



also if someone knows about buying at eBAy (open Box products ) can anyone tell me that ae products from ebay always fishy or fail?

That MB does not support core unlock. May be able to OC-if supported in bios. Locked multiplier, so you'd need to go HT/FSB

The 960T doesn't have a locked multiplier. I OC mine to 3.4GHz on stock cooling (i actually pushed it up to 3.6GHz before, but it was running too hot for my taste) This is undervolted to 1.16v as well.
