Solved! Philips 46pfl5507h/12 problem

I have a philips edge led tv. My tv got damaged after lightning .My display was black whereas there was sound on my TV.When i point a flash light towards the screen i could see the display barely .I gave it to the service centre for repairing .They repaired the power supply ,replaced the inverter board and backlight led was changed but after i got my tv back i see white cloudy patches all over my tv especially towards the right .Is it finger print inside the tv or something else? i am attaching the picture link so please help me https://ibb.co/V9rKd2b

The backlight is too bright, maybe you can adjust brightness, but would get it back to the service center. They did a bad job.

Yes indeed they did a bad job .Do you know what cause this problem ?

the LEDs might not be the correct ones or the inverter board or they just shortened defective LEDs so the others can work, but would get more power by this "fix".
Eventually the PSU gets to much voltage to the backlight.

so what do you think that i should do?I is it bad for me to watch tv like this? especially when i watch football i see white cloudy patches towards the right which is annoying .Is too much voltage or power to the TV like you said is a bad thing or not ?

If the TV was not repaired with the correct components, it could get faulty in days or months. If it was only fixed by shortening some defective LEDs, the stripes will get hotter than designed and can lead to a fire.
