Solved! Philips 55PUS6503/12 Screen is upside down and mirrored

Hello Guys, i bought a Philips TV with upside down screen and the whole display is mirrored. I got in the factory mode and set PANEL_FLIP to off and on but no changes. I even got the Panel id right. But still no luck. What can i do? I already made an FW update and Virgin mode. I assume the panel id is the one on the label... There says USE OPTION: 003 I dont know what to do anymore. ​

This can often happen when the connections are bad on the board to the screen, or the board was replaced with the wrong model.
