Philips Fidelio X2 with Sound Card + Amp?

How well would the Philips Fidelio X2 headphones work with a Fiio A3 amp connected to an Asus Xonar DX sound card? Its primary use will be gaming with Dolby Headphone technology turned on for surround sound. If any of this is sub-optimal, go ahead and suggest an alternative. Thanks.

For PC, it is better to pick ASUS Xonar Essence STX2, if you wanna use it with headphones.
This soundcard can lift headphones up to 320kOhm without problems and has dolby functions.

The fidelio X2 is pretty efficient, 30ohms at 100.0 dB SPL/mW so even a decent phone can get it loud enough to damage your hearing. Do you already have a xonar DX? That will be all you need for this headphone.
