Phone cant find wifi

My phone cant find any wifi networks even though other devices are connected to it. ive tried everything, ive even reset my phone. Its not just my home router either its everywhere i go, even mcdonalds or starbucks! please HELP!

Is it having problems connecting to the networks, or does it not detect any networks at all?
