Phone not working help

My ZTE phone won't come on and the light won't come on either this is the second time this has happened to me the first time it came back on after about ten minutes now it's been over am hour and nothing can someone tell me why or what I can do to fix this problem

Can you tell me what type of model the phone is? Also, do you have the phone plugged into a charger while trying to turn it on?
