Phone says "Recovery booting.... Recovery is not SEANDROID ENFORCING set warranty bit: recovery

I need to know what is wrong!!!!!! I followed the steps and now my phone won't reboot past the screen with


RECOVERY BOOTING....(this is in blue)
RECOVERY IS NOT SEANDROID ENFORCING (this is in red)
Set warranty bit: recovery(this is in yellow)

The article says we must have used the wrong file, but I downloaded the one that said T-mobile. I still want to root my device. How do I get the right file to root it?
