Batelco (Nassau, the Bahamas) is TDMA and AMPS, while Verizon is CDMA and
AMPS. Your phone will work there in the AMPS mode however, Batelco is not a
roaming partner with Verizon. You will need to go to the local Batelco
office in person and make roaming arrangements. This will probably involve
assigning a Batelco number to your phone for the duration of your visit.

you should be OK- you may have to set it to the "A" mode if you are not getting
a signal.. ( settings- system settings, etc.- )
you will get roaming of at least .69-.99 /minute, but I would call cust care
(*611) before you go to double check on that-
