My LED TV 32L1400U cannot be controlled by remote anymore!
All I get now is no video flashes across the screen. Is there a way to fix this?

For a 32" 720p TV I would not bother getting it fixed or buying parts for it, you can get a used working 32-40" full HD 1080 set for about $100-200 depending on model.
