How can I unlock the multiplier, even if it envolve an electronical intervention on SECC, and how can I modify the core voltage?

i haven't heard of any body finding any way psossible of unlocking it

the multiplyer can not be unlocked,but you can change the core voltage to 2.2 volts by covering A-119,B-119, and A-121, connectors on the cpu cartridge with clear tape or adhesive teflon tape. be sure to only cover these connectors or you could overvoltage your chip. Tom has an article in the archives or you can search this board . I've posted the link before but i forget it now. so do a search if you need more info. I've used this trick a few times myself.
