Pink screen occur during playing games

Hi , can someone please help me about my laptop display problem i google everything and they have different answer its either Ribbon cable , flex or my lcd is damaged . I already connected it to another monitor using HDMI cable and the "pink lines" gone at external monitor which is it wasn't a video card fault . can someone give me the final answer at what is really my main problem here ? my last call is replace the LCD which cost around 60~90$ here and im still a student that
cost high to me. The problem occur during playing games " League of Legends " and i thought restart would fix it but doesn't . My warranty is already expired and the "pink lines even occur during boot " as in literally when i press the power button at " HP logo " the pink lines appeared there . please help :C

Well, you could try removing and reinstalling the drivers, but I don't know that it would fix it.

The information saying try the ribbon cable. Checking it for damage, dents, bends, being loose, etc. Would be the next thing to try. Changing out the ribbon cable is usually the fix for a pink screen, but there is no 100% guarantee that will do it. In the end it is always a process of elimination.

If that doesn't fix it, then you may well have to replace the display. But that would be the last option.

Which one driver? the Display Adapters? If that one i already uninstall/update and nothing happened. My laptop is just 1 years old and im really afraid to dissect it plus iam really unfamiliar to computer/laptop parts i might broke it ;C

If it is only a year old, it may well still be under warranty. I would check into that before doing anything more. If it is, you don't want to void that warranty and they may be able to repair or replace it for you.
