I was using a pinterest account for about 4-5 months and few days back I followed few people and suddenly my account was suspended. I asked their support and they replied that they have decided to remain my account suspended. Is there any solution to get my account working again?

No. Your account is strictly in the hands of Pinterest. Only they have any say in what status your account is in. You may request justification as to why the account was suspended (they might even respond) and argue for your account that way, but aside from that, it's entirely their call.
