Pionner vsx-33tx display get dark after while

Hi I have Pionner vsx-33tx. everything is good with the reciever but display gets off after while when the device is on. it is not about dimmer button. because the dimmer button does not respond when display gets dark. when I unplug the device for a while after that it Works and display Works properly but again afte while it gets dark. the reciever Works when display is off. any Idea how can I fix this problem. Check that there is no setting in the receiver for the display to autodim or go off. If not then either the power supply for the display is sagging or the display itself is bad. Either way I hope your receiver is under warranty.
