Solved! Placing new thermal paste

I have an Acer aspire E5 511P P1qh laptop and have had for seven years now and there is no known issue yet but thinking if i should change the thermal paste and am looking into either Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut or Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut, im not sure if there is a issue if I change out for one of these typse or if i should just leave it alone,could you some help or some opinions on rather i should or not.

if not overheating then leave alone as usually the whole keyboard area has to be removed to access the cpu heatsink assembly. sometimes the entire laptop has to be disassembled to get at the cpu area.
