Question Planctronic USB headphones repair

Hi all, I've got a pair of Planctronic USB headphones , left channel isn't working anymore.
Right and microphone are ok.

Cables seems ok, I used for few times and I can't see any broken or famaged part.

What could it be? Any suggestion about what to do or try?

Contact their support for a replacement if it's warranty. When you say you don't see any broken part, did you actually take them apart and look? You would need to do that and maybe do some resoldering of the connectors if you were going to look at this on your own.
