play store problem

i got play store struggle on my new samsung star pro antroid 4.1

due to dis i couldnt able to even make a cal it will often show error msg ie ur google play has stopped wat can i do tel me sol immediately

Pull the battery to reboot the phone. Try it again. You can just contact your service provider for help also if that does not fix things.
