Please advice Laptop battery gaming ??

Is it safe to use my laptop with the charger plug-in IF the battery no longer charge , the battery is old and hasn't been replaced since i bought it but i don't consider changing it since i ALWAYS game plugged in , i'm afraid if the battery is dead it might burn or ruin some laptop components?

You should be fine. You can even run a laptop without a battery as long as it's plugged in.
