If you lost your cellphone you need to contact the provider to get a replacement and have the original remotely disabled. The only people that can remotely trace a cellphones location are law enforcement agencies, and they generally do not do that for something as minor as a lost/stolen phone to my knowledge as it usually requires a judge get involved to write a warrant for them to legally trace it. So yeah, no way to trace the phone.
