I reset my ASUS desktop computer and when the reseting finished, it put me directly into the lock screen with a user named "defaultuser0" and below it, it said "Your account has been disabled. Please see your system administrator." Meanwhile, when I reset my computer i was never asked to enter a password or create any sort of user, it just threw me straight into the lock screen and that's what it said. So now, no password works whatsoever. Is there any way I could possibly make a new Windows/Microsoft account from the lock screen? Or something I could do to fix this and get into the desktop. (I have Windows 10) I would like help as soon as possible. Thanks.

Did you do a reset via Asus or Windows 10? Sometimes laptops have a recovery partition on the HDD so if you enable it via the BIOS it will reset windows for you.

Try booting into safe mode.
