Neither. Touch screen laptops will be incredibly slow for playing any sort of games on. They use Intel on board video and ultra low power CPUs that are the equivalent of a desktop Pentium G860. If you're spending $600 - $700 on a laptop be sure to get one with a dedicated graphics card.

and is the one laptop i posted that isnt touch screen any good? Its cheap I know.
